After an initial assessment of your team's needs, we offer a series of 2h collective workshops which each aim to develop specific soft skills amongst your team members, including self-awareness and emotional intelligence, genuine curiosity and empathy, direct communication and constructive feedback.
Between each workshop, a 1-1 debrief with each team member ensures the follow-up necessary for integration.
Additionnally, during the duration of the training, the team manager receives a total of 5 individual coaching sessions.
Three months after the last workshop, a final assessment provides an overview of the impact and progress within your team.
